Autumn French Cooking
On 27th of September, a cooking lesson was held by Ms. Yukiko Kodama for Autumn and Halloween Party!
She has lectured 3 dishes, which are Salad of scallops and sautéed Japanese mushrooms, Roast pork rolled with prosciutto and mushrooms cream sauce on the side, and Mont Blanc with pie sheets.
About a month later, we have a Halloween so there are cake picks on the Mont Blancs.
Next lesson was for Christmas Party, so that lesson was more special than usual.
