Sauerkraut Workshop

The people in Kin Bijo group, bacteria beauty, which are interested in action of bacteria and fermentation, and receiving raw food held a Sauerkraut workshop.

All people chopped so many cabbage and marinated, then finished up making Sauerkraut! In hot summer, it is  good refreshing taste.
