Summer French Cooking!
A cooking lesson was held by Ms. Yukiko Kodama on 28th of June.
She has lectured 3 dishes, which are Champignon Duxelles Hamburg, Soft-boiled egg and Prosciutto with consommé gelée, and petit pot de creme caramel.
If you get tired from summer heat, those might be easy to eat all!
About Ms. Yukiko Kodama:
She teach mainly French and Washoku, Japanese cuisine and tips for cooking which makes even more delicious, and introduce some hospitality cuisines which are easy to cook at home. She values a sense of the season and is particular about ingredients.
