Temari Sushi & Sakuramochi Cooking Lesson
Today, we had a cooking lesson for Temari Sushi, ball-shaped sushi, and Sakuramochi, Japanese cherry blossom rice cake*.
Ms. Yukiko Kodama taught her students about the recipe and hospitality table coordination! Temari Sushi makes feel Spring with fussy ingredients. The dishes are colorful and bright so all students are satisfied!
*Japanese cherry blossom race cake; is pink and filled with red bean paste. It is wrapped in a salt-pickled cherry leaf.
